Renowned Nigerian Highlife and Pop singer, Chinedu Okoli, popularly known as Flavour and Ijele, has announced the passing of his father.
Flavour shared the sad news on his Facebook page on Wednesday, writing, “Nnam, Papa Ijele, Rest well.” He included a heartfelt video of himself playing the guitar for his father, who was in a wheelchair, bringing joy to those present.
Fans have flooded the comments section with messages of sympathy and prayers for the soul of Flavour’s departed father.
