The presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the just concluded Nigeria Presidential election, Mr Peter Obi on Wednesday 8 March, 2023 hosted all the newly elected Labour Party Senators and House of Representative members in Abuja.
Peter Obi who was in Abuja early on Wednesday to grace the court hearing of his petition against the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the APC as regards the injustice meted upon him by the commission, used the opportunity to host the elected legislators under his party.
Atiku Plans To Meet With Peter Obi And Kwankwaso For Support
All the elected legislators who were in Abuja to collect their certificate of return from INEC used the opportunity to interact with their presidential candidate and also thank him for the role he played in making sure they win their various zones and constituencies.
Some of the big names who graced the occasion are Senator Victor Umeh of Anambra central, Okey Ezea of Enugu North and many other winners under Labour Party across the country.
